Great house, great view
One of the best holiday locations you can imagine. Fully equipped house, fantastic view, best place to start your tripps around the island. Portoferraio, Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri to reach in under 15 minutes. Thanks to Barbara, even though we did not meet personally, for all the info and help you gave.

The house is simple but the view and the direct location at the cove of Portoferraio is absolutely amazing. Contact with the owner is super easy and very reliable. We will definitely come back!

Erholsame drei Wochen
Sehr schön gelegenes Haus. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf Portoferraio und Meer fantastisch. Gut gelegen um die Insel zu erkunden, viele Wanderwege, gut bezeichnet.. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank gross mit sep.Gefrierfach. Froh waren wir um den Holzofen in der Küche, da es am Abend oder bei Wind doch noch kühl war und das Haus nicht isoliert . Trockenes Holz liegt genug in den Wäldern, Ende März keine Möglichkeit mehr um welches zu kaufen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Das Haus am Meer
Ein wunderbarer Ort, den ich jederzeit wieder besuchen würde. Näher kann man dem Meer nicht sein! Das Haus ist rustikal, einfach, hat Charm aus vergangenen Zeiten, ist dennoch gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Barbara, die Hausverwalterin, war sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns gut instruiert und viele tolle Tips für den Aufenthalt auf der Insel gegeben. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Absolut traumhaftes Häuschen in toller Umgebung!
Problemloser Check in und super Betreuung durch Barbara, danke nochmal! Sehr schönes altes kleines Haus direkt am Meer, daher auch etwas mitgenommen durch das Salzwasser, aber alles gut in Schuss und gut ausgestattet, man kann direkt über die Terrasse über ein paar Felsbrocken ins Meer, tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht von Portoferraio und gute sehr ruhige Lage mit allem was man braucht in der Nähe, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wie nach Hause kommen
Wir konnten tatsächlich dieses wunderbare Haus ein zweites Mal genießen! Vor zwei Jahren schon verbrachten wir Pfingsten hier - und nun dieses Jahr wieder. Und wieder konnten wir uns an dem Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer und Portoferraio nicht sattsehen! Es war genauso wunderschön wie beim ersten Mal. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung ist einfach herrlich! Und das neue Bad ist sehr schön geworden! Der Empfang durch Barbara war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns bestens betreut gefühlt. Elbas Strände sind so schön wie eh und je und „La Curva“ war für einen Kaffee, Aperitif oder auch ein Abendessen sehr beliebt! Es fühlte sich wirklich an wie nach Hause kommen und wir träumen jetzt schon vom nächsten Mal! Herzlichen Dank!

Einfach genial!
Als Elba-Fans wollten wir mit unseren inzwischen erwachsenen Kindern eine Revival-Woche im Oktober dort verbringen. Und ich kann sagen, es war mega! Denn auch wenn das Wetter super war, verbrachten wir die Abende wegen der Feuchtigkeit gerne im Haus. Es war sowohl im Wohnzimmer als auch in der Küche ausreichend Platz und gemütlich war es obendrein. Zum Kochen war einfach alles da, was man sich in einem guten Haushalt wünscht ... und weder Teller, Gläser oder Besteck waren auf 6 Personen abgezählt, sondern in großen Mengen vorhanden, was den Einsatz der Spülmaschine (!!!) erst richtig sinnvoll macht. Die Lage des Hauses ist genial und auch wir können uns nur bei Barbara für Ihre Betreuung bedanken. :) Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein Traum direkt am Meer
Wir (4-köpfige Familie + Hund) haben 14 wunderschöne Tage in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist einmalig und macht es fast schwer das Haus zu verlassen, um die Insel zu erkunden ;-). Die Bilder entsprechen genau dem was einen erwartet. Ein süßes Häuschen mit einer ganz tollen Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alles war super sauber und die Bäder wurden sogar gerade neu renoviert. Die große und gut ausgestattete Terrasse grenzt direkt ans Meer und der Ausblick auf die Bucht von Portoferraio ist einfach nur ein Traum. Vom Haus aus muss man nur über ein paar Felsen klettern und kann direkt baden und schnorcheln. Wir haben so gut wie jeden Abend den wundervollen Sonnenuntergang genossen! Direkt vom Haus aus kann man zu einem kleinen Kiesstrand laufen, aber auch sehr viele andere schöne Strände sind nicht weit vom Haus entfernt und mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt gibt es eine kleine Trattoria (La Curva), in der man morgens Brot und Croissants holen kann und Abends auch lecker essen kann. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt und eine kleine Apotheke sind mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir wurden von der Verwalterin Barbara sehr herzlich begrüßt und sie war bei allen Fragen immer für uns da. So haben wir uns perfekt aufgehoben gefühlt :-). Alles in allem kann man dieses Haus nur empfehlen, denn die Kombination von Lage, Ausstattung, Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und stimmigem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis gibt es so sicher nicht sehr oft auf Elba. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wunderschöner Urlaub....
Das Haus liegt traumhaft, von der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick über Tag und vor allem am Abend. Die Küche ist reichhaltig ausgestattet, Grill etc. alles vorhanden. Lediglich Kaffee kocht man auf landestypische Art; ggf. sinnvoll einen Handfilter mit Filtertüten oder Kaffeemaschine mitzunehmen. Die Bäder sind in die Jahre gekommen; nicht sehr groß, aber sauber. Man kann vom Haus aus die Insel wunderbar erkunden und die Vielfalt an Möglichkeiten genießen. Der Vermieter ist ab Buchung jederzeit zu erreichen und die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind - falls notwendig auch jederzeit völlig unkompliziert - für einen da.

Excellente Lage in gemütlichem, geräumigem Haus
Wir haben das Haus zu sechst für eine Woche gemietet und hatten schon im Vorfeld einen sehr freundlichen und hilfreichen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und seiner deutschsprachigen Betreuerin des Hauses. Die Lage an der Bucht von Portoferraio ist fantastisch! Da wir im Oktober da waren und es an manchen Abenden schon kühl war, waren wir froh über die Heizfunktion der Klimaanlage! Besten Dank nochmals an Barbara!
