"The hotel was very smart & clean. The staff always helpful. We had breakfast each morning, which is self service buffet with plenty of choice. Our stay was only 4 days, so didn't really experience the facilities to the full. But they have a bar & restaurant, a gym & pool table. The hotel is just a 10min walk to the beautiful Old Town & Market Square and 5min from Wawel Castle (look out for the fire-breathing dragon). There is an extensive tram network in Krakow, one line just 2mins from the hotel (unfortunately this line was undergoing maintenance during our stay). Overall, an EXCELLENT hotel"

Very good service and spotlessly clean Reception staff very welcoming and helpful 2minute walk to main square and walking distance to wawel castle and the Jewish quarter Room spacious and spotlessly clean Breakfast at a nearby cafe was lovely and we included it in our stay Hotel arranged transfers for us to and from the airport also and arranged a breakfast to go on our last morning as we would miss breakfast due to an early flight All in all brilliant stay and we will definitely be back "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel with a great location. We were approx 5min walk to the main square...it was simply a walk through the park. The staff were very helpful, even got ourselves a feee drink voucher to use at the bar. Also on the morning of our departure they had packed us a breakfast to takeaway as we had an early flight. Cannot fault this hotel at all. Rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend "
