"The room was dirty. Noone had deep cleaned it for long time. There was dust and spider webs in every corner, above lamps, behing doors, and in shower. "

"Nice small hotel close to the beach, town and bars etc. Nice pool and bar area and food is good (we had to pay extra for breakfast). Ideal for a short break, the hotel arranged turtle swimming for us and can organise many other trips, also Spa on site. We had travelled from Tissa and first impressions here was that Marissa was very touristy and the route to the “secret beach” is a rubbish strewn dirt track, however once we settled in, we enjoyed the area."

"The location of this property is excellent. A one minute walk gets you to the main road where there are shops and restaurants and then cross the street and you are in the beach. The room was big and clean but unfortunately I had to change rooms after my first night there. The fellow that runs the place is friendly and super helpful. There are lots of stairs in this property but the owner takes your luggage up to the room for you."

"Was told guesthouse no longer works with Expedia. Very unhappy as I had to find an alternate room at 7:30pm on fri night in high season. "
