"My husband and I traveled to Destin to visit family who lives nearby. This property was in close proximity to the airport, beach, and other local attractions but didn't feel "touristy". "The home is lovely, feels new and was very clean and bright. Comfortable beds and sofas and lots of balconies! The proximity to the neighborhood pool was awesome, and we liked how quiet the pool was. We were often the only ones there so it felt private. Pretty easy walk to the beach too so that was awesome. Don’t bring a wagon though, there are a LOT of stairs down to the beach. The beaches to me were a little crowded…I heard that Miramar was less crowded than Destin but the beaches were...

"The house is big spacious and perfect location close to store Walmart and beach. The only upgrade needed is the washer is not working properly. Also the beds. Need to upgrade to better beds. And the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. Pans are very old. Other than that we had a lot of fun it was great for a big family of 9 This is our 3rd year staying at this location. Thank you "

"The house was clean and had a lot of room for our large family. We enjoyed the beautiful views and the reasonable walk to the beach. If you don’t like walking up or down a lot of steps, you may not like this property as there were a lot. It’s on the second floor and the beach has a significant amount of stairs to access it as well. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was that the kitchen was not as well supplied with necessities like other houses I have stayed in previously,...

"Would recommend but could improve on the following: - Wifi (It was extremely slow) - Property manager communication (There was a situation with various non-secure door handles. The handle that was completely off was on the door leading out to the pool and resulted in a guest cutting their hand.)"

"The golf cart was great. House was great, we weren’t there to “stay in a house” we were there to eat, sleep and sit at the beach! It was perfect. House was clean and had everything we needed to make dinners. The only thing that would be better was if they had a cooler and beach chairs so you could fly in and not need anything without having to rent the expensive ones from the shack on the beach!"

"The home is spacious, but there are some things that should be addressed. The kitchen faucet leaks terribly. The cookware is absolutely horrible. No can opener. No oven mit or kitchen towels. The provided beach wagon was broken and we had to carry everything to the beach. This was a challenge with small kids. The other provided beach gear is also either broke or in poor shape. The hall bathroom shower only worked part of the time. The air quit working during our stay, but someone was there later...
