"The hotel is well located in a walkable area and hotel staff was very friendly, albeit not always efficient. We didn't like any of the places they recommended for food and when we asked the front desk to make reservations at 2 places that we know require them, they told us it was unnecessary and didn't call - we ended up being turned away from both places because we didn't have reservations... We ate at the hotel restaurant one evening and the service was extremely slow and food was not good...
