"The hotel staff was so kind and friendly to us. We arrived very early, but they were kind enough to be able to let us check in early, which made our lives a lot easier. They gave us loads of information about coimbra and the different things to see and different restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good"

"The room was a bit dated, and some surfaces could use a refresh, but the bed and shower were great. There's an elevator and balcony (off my single room), and the free breakfast was nice. I particularly liked that breakfast was available from 6:30 to noon. All things considered, this was great value for the money, and I would definitely stay again."
