"I didn’t stay on this date because of inclement weather. The communication when I was rebooked, versus when I checked in and explained everything was less than ideal. It was one time I felt like I shouldn’t have used Hotels.com, the situation was rectified, but not quite to my satisfaction. Beyond this issue, thankfully my stay wasn’t soured it’s a beautiful hotel."

"We checked in late and Kevin was extra helpful in making sure we checked in quickly. Earlier, we had some issues with our vehicle and were not certain we could make it to check in. Amanda was, again, extremely helpful in this stressful situation. Excellnt staff, clean and very accessble, hence very pleased with our choice !!"
