Heating unit went on and off constantly every few minutes, regardless of setting. bed was uncomfortable faucet handle in bathroom sink comes off and very little hot water. Toilet rocks back-and-forth needs to be secured.

Very run down. No cabs available. Icy lot. Sketchy people in lobby and out back door. Poor breakfast choices. Open bags of bread. Exposed waffles. Room coffee sucked. Bathtub scary. Looked dirty. TV connection kept shutting down. Front desk lady was wonderful. Very helpful. No staff for morning check out.

This was the cheapest room available in minot and I know why. Everything was outdated n the walls are paper thin you can hear everything. It wasn’t dirty and it wasn’t clean either. Next time I’ll spend a little extra n stay somewhere else. The staff was super nice though.

I didn't even get to stay in my room. And at that it was non refundable. The lady denied me my reservation and told me to come at a later time. I would like a refund back honestly won't ever book a room with that hotel again
