"Hotel is great! Really nice rooms and staff. It can get pretty loud depending on which runways are being used at the airport which is right across the street. You mainly have to drive for fining options. If you’re looking for a place near the Mall of America or the airport this is a great hotel. If you’re looking for a perfectly quiet stay I’d look elsewhere where because the planes can get pretty loud at times. "

"I stay at a lot of hotels, and this one gets it just right. HBO channels on the TV. A little nightlight in the bathroom. A nicely stocked little canteen. And terrific, terrific staff. Don't sleep on Tea House, just down the street. Somehow Minneapolis has Chinese food that is equal to the Chinatowns in NYC and San Fran, and Tea House is probably the best. Sounds generic. Looks generic on the outside. Inside is lovely. Staff is great (speak English well if you need some help). Food is amazing!...

"We were impressed with the courtesy of the staff. There were high school boys there for the hockey tournament and she said if they were loud, just call the front desk. They were quiet and we never heard any noise. Breakfast was very good and they had a good variety of food. Room was clean and comfortable. Sidewalks were shoveled so they were safe. "
