"The hotel ambience is lovely and the staff are kind and helpful. A special shoutout to Maya, who served us during breakfast with kindness and a friendly welcoming manner. The breakfast buffet was outstanding-delicious and great variety. Room service: great veggie burger and panini but the Indian choices need some work. The portions and cost of the South Indian veg choices were too much- would be great if they could offer a reasonably priced thali in the dining room and with room service. Beds were comfortable, and rooms were great. We look forward to staying there again. Conveniently located near airport- the pickup from MAA was very smooth! Our driver was very understanding when we had to turn back to pick up a bag we left behind."

"I stay regular at the Hiton Guindy, the staff are excellent and the facilities in the main are good. The gym could do with a few new cardio machines but apart from that everything wlse is pretty good."
