"This is a lovely home that can accommodate multiple guests. Plenty of room to spread out. Has every amenity. Well-stocked kitchen. There was difficulty reaching the owner to check in. We never received an access code until 45 minutes prior to check in time. It is in a remote area with limited services nearby, which made the situation even more difficult and stressful."

"This property was the perfect balance of "nice" and "lived in." It was comfortable and had most everything we needed. Great large family room where we could all hang out, lovely creek sounds, close to mountain activities and Lassen. Remote but with comforts of home. The house feels spacious and two levels allows kids to hang out up stairs and adults can have some quiet downstairs. Lots of sleeping places, most rooms have private bathroom and some eclectic features make it charming and honey....

"My family and I had a great time at the cabin. It is clean, warm and well stocked with everything you could need. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful and tree filled. The roads are paved and clear right up to the gravel driveway. Communication with the owner was clear and easy. The only "cons" would be the hot water does not last very long so it was a challenge getting a family of 4 showered in the evening after a day of sledding. As mentioned in other reviews the internet could get laggy...

"This was a work trip and I was looking for a house vs staying at a hotel for two weeks. Its in a very nice neighborhood with plenty of parking space. It's so nice to have home cooked meals there are plenty of pots, pans and utensils too. The home was very clean, there is plenty of room to stretch out and everyone had thier own bed. "The RV we had reserved did not have a functioning refrigerator so we were "upgraded" to a larger place. It did not have the same amenities as the original place. Instead of a full kitchen, there was a hot plate and tiny microwave. Instead of a dinette table, there was a postage stamp sized table that barely held 2 plates. There was no couch. . The bunk beds were wedged next to the refrigerator so every time the refrigerator kicked on, the sleeper was startled awake. The location itself was quiet...

"My wife and I stayed at this property for a thanksgiving getaway. It is conveniently located close to Redding and Lassen National Park (unfortunately the park was mostly closed due to snow when we were there). The living space is comfortable with large windows letting in light and giving a view of the trees. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, spices, etc. the property owner/manager was very responsive and communicative. Thanks!"

"The house had a nice kitchen and living space and the bedrooms were big. The problem was there was no A/C. They did have a swamp cooler which worked nicely in the downstairs but the upstairs bedrooms were hot and stuffy even with windows open and fans blowing. The master bathroom had a window pointing directly at the neighbors house and the window was not adequately covered so we never used the shower and bathtub in that room.."

Towel heater in bath and European toilet made for pleasant experience. Modern and up-to-date with touch screen controls for lights, shades, and viewing. Charging stations by bed. Cozy and comfortable. Plenty of seating, pillows, blankets. Host readily available, friendly and helpful. Asked for extra towels and no hesitation providing them....
