"This is a lovely home that can accommodate multiple guests. Plenty of room to spread out. Has every amenity. Well-stocked kitchen. There was difficulty reaching the owner to check in. We never received an access code until 45 minutes prior to check in time. It is in a remote area with limited services nearby, which made the situation even more difficult and stressful."

"The property was spotless and has a ton of amenities. The wrap around balcony provides a fantastic view of the Mount Shasta. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful property next time you are in Shingletown. The home is located about three minutes from the little downtown where there is a nice little place to get a bite to eat and a drink in the outside beer garden with live music on weekends."

"We only wish we could've stayed longer!! This is an amazing cabin in the woods. It is well-stocked, spacious, and comfortable. There are little added touches that really make it special hammocks in the back, a bottle of wine, coloring books for the kids, and maps of the area. I would highly recommend! Communication was easy and quick."

"This was a work trip and I was looking for a house vs staying at a hotel for two weeks. Its in a very nice neighborhood with plenty of parking space. It's so nice to have home cooked meals there are plenty of pots, pans and utensils too. The home was very clean, there is plenty of room to stretch out and everyone had thier own bed. "The house had a nice kitchen and living space and the bedrooms were big. The problem was there was no A/C. They did have a swamp cooler which worked nicely in the downstairs but the upstairs bedrooms were hot and stuffy even with windows open and fans blowing. The master bathroom had a window pointing directly at the neighbors house and the window was not adequately covered so we never used the shower and bathtub in that room.."

"The RV we had reserved did not have a functioning refrigerator so we were "upgraded" to a larger place. It did not have the same amenities as the original place. Instead of a full kitchen, there was a hot plate and tiny microwave. Instead of a dinette table, there was a postage stamp sized table that barely held 2 plates. There was no couch. . The bunk beds were wedged next to the refrigerator so every time the refrigerator kicked on, the sleeper was startled awake. The location itself was quiet...

"My wife and I stayed at this property for a thanksgiving getaway. It is conveniently located close to Redding and Lassen National Park (unfortunately the park was mostly closed due to snow when we were there). The living space is comfortable with large windows letting in light and giving a view of the trees. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, spices, etc. the property owner/manager was very responsive and communicative. Thanks!"

"The property was very clean and well provisioned, and kitchen and bath were spotless. Wine chiller, mixer, icemaker in frig. Cutlery, and service for 4. Towel heater in bath and European toilet made for pleasant experience. Modern and up-to-date with touch screen controls for lights, shades, and viewing. Charging stations by bed. Cozy and comfortable. Plenty of seating, pillows, blankets. Host readily available, friendly and helpful. Asked for extra towels and no hesitation providing them....

"My family and I stayed here for 5 days. We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable for all 3 of us and our 2 doggies. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was the perfect location for us. We visited Mineral, Mill Creek, Manton, Twin Meadows, Chester, and Lake Almanor. They have a restaurant/general store walking distance from the cabin.
