" We have stayed at the Carlisle Inn at Sugarcreek several times, and have always had a wonderful experience. The front desk is so welcoming, and every staff member you meet is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are always spotless! The Inn has beautiful and comfortable Amish made beds. Complimentary cookies, popcorn, coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available in the dining area every evening, and each morning you are treated to a breakfast buffet....

"Quaint and very clean. Staff are very friendly. Easy access for those with mobility issues- wide hallways, very open feel. The price was very fair for what you get- it’s not “La-De-Da,” but rather a very practical place that offers uniquely decorated rooms that are comfy and clean. "

"Loved the beautiful setting and historical building. Rates were pretty good as well. Really appreciated that this hotel is pet friendly. Tried to order room service, but it was not available that evening for some reason, which was disappointing. Room was charming, but a little dark - wish there had been more lights or brighter bulbs in the lamps. Lamps with USB would have been nice too to charge our devices. Overall, would recommend this place or book a room here again. "
