One note though--I was emailed a long packet of contractual information--it was quite dense, quite legal-sounding, and though it was reasonable and any host is entitled to enforce their own posted rules of VRBO, the fact that it was sent outside of the VRBO platform, in addition to how contractual the language felt, left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. It took away the "bed and breakfast" community vibe, and made it feel exclusively transactional. I get that this is ultimately a transaction, but VRBO guests typically don't want to feel that way. That's why we choose VRBOs over hotels. "

"The property was just beautiful. Very easy to get to. The surrounding trees and grounds were gorgeous. The cabin has a nice warm cozy feel without being dark and claustrophobic. Nice large TV in the living room and two bedrooms and the kitchen was furnished with anything we would have needed. If I were to buy a cabin up in Blue Ridge, this would be exactly what I would want.
