"The place was very near San Jose Airport. Staff are all accomodating and friendly. The place was good, transportation is accesible. Its just the aircon in the room was not that cold, maybe its because of the hot weather during our stay. Food at the dining is affordable. "

"think it is good but a bit overpriced, given that it is not on the beach, has no garden or view. Staff is nice, though, and the complimentary dinner at New Year's Eve a very pleasant surprise."

"Good location, just a few steps from the ocean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cafe Marco was a step above most of the food establishments, as was the Dawei Tea House, both linked to the hotel. Rooms were clean and modern. Only negative was that the advertised free parking was not free if you book through an on-line service, like Orbitz. We had a power failure the first night and it knocked out WiFi for the remainder of our stay. Same for Cafe Marco and Dawei Tea House. But that was beyond...

"A beautiful property. The pool was very nice. The staff were VERY friendly! The room was huge. Older property. But the bed was comfortable (memory foam). Coffee maker in the room. No safe. "There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained. There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there. "We usually stay here. They have a menu and a coffee shop. The rooms sometimes are a little rough and need some touch up paint. The place is quiet and staff are friendly. Breakfast is 180 pesos."

"Very nice. It is a good hotel that is small and well serviced. We bring our small dogs. The entire staff was very pleasant and accommodating to our dogs. We would like to back again. Thank you."
