"Great hotel"

"Hotel has a great location but is waiting for renovation and rebranding. No hair dryer provided, no one at the desk to ask about it. Breakfast was substandard. Only coffee in the room were two flavored Keurig pods. Stairs up were dirty, furniture in the room more than a bit dingy. But a good price, which is what I had been seeking for just one night to lay down my head. Even so, I probably won't stay there until after the remodel (sorry). "

"The stay was great until we tried to relax in the hot tub. There were about 30 unsupervised kid jumping in the pool, throwing each other in and doing cannonballs around us. We reported it to the night desk person but we were dismissed by him, saying he had no way to determine whose kid to stop the issue, so we went to our room. We reported the issue to the day manager but still left disappointed. The main reason we stayed here was because of the hot tub amenity. Otherwise we loved the room and...

"I booked 2 room I would have been nice if the hotel had the option to move our rooms so we could have been on the same floor "

"My husband and I have stayed there twice now and we have enjoyed it both times. The rooms are clean and I like the decor. The pool area is very large with a huge hot tub. The lounge wasn't open the day that we were there (Monday), but that looked like a nice place to have a drink. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. We look forward to staying there again when we are in Wisconsin "

"Overall good experience. Waited quite a bit for a front desk person to show up a couple of times but when they did they were very good customer service. The parking situation that I paid for was a bit confusing but they made up for it by letting me park in front at the loading zone. My truck is a bit too high to fit in the parking ramp. "

"The facilities were good but when the shower knob/lever can't stay in place and turns the water temperature super hot in the middle of bathing, it becomes quite a burden covered in soap. Some things seemed outdated otherwise it was an accepted short stay. The breakfast did make up for it as it was hot, fresh, and enough to have my fill."
