"No one to receive us. Room in a third floor no elevator. They did not have my RSV made a month ago. The garage very narrow and poor maintenance. A metal fell on my rented car and I have to end up paying the rental company. The hotel didn’t have a proper personal to talk to and his only answer was to call next day because he did not knew the owners number. Horrible experience. "

We were walking distance to the butterfly garden which was spectacular as well as a chairlift going up the mountain for a waterfall tour. "Manuela is so friendly, accomodating & helpful! We enjoyed a few walks into Mindo center from the location & even from Mariposa Butterfly back. It feels safe, convenient & authentic.
