Quebec chalet style log cottage with 2 full bedrooms and loft overlooking living room sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Situated on a hillside overlooking a quiet motor free lake on an end of a road, location provides plenty of quiet relaxation on a private well treed property. 100ft waterfront has a shallow walk in on coarse sand and pebble with large dock for lounging and a floating raft anchored further out for jumping and diving for the kids, non motorized watercraft (canoe, paddle and row boats) lawn furniture and firepit for campfires.
Cottage is well equipped with all the comforts of home, full kitchen, small and large appliances, satellite/internet tv, dvd, stereo, bbq on wrap around deck, walk out basement/ rec room with couch, TV/dvd player and fussball table. Main floor has large bedroom with single and queen beds, bathroom, living/dining and kitchen. Loft has Two beds. Basement has secluded bedroom with double bed and full 3pc bathroom.
Rentals are weekly from Sat to Sat.
Located 9km north of Minden, off hwy #35 on a private road. Close to all area attractions, three golf courses, many restaurants and hiking trails. Nearby activities include mini golf, batting cages in Carnavon and many more in larger town of Minden which has larger food retailers, Tim Hortons, Dairy Queen etc.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
Full responsibilties of the renters is listed on the rental contract. The Canada stays site is only used for advertising and all deposits and rental payments must be made by e transfer or by cheques mailed back with the completed contracts.
