"House was very spacious and worked well for our family. The location was perfect, we were also at Kings Beach last year with just 2 family members. Beds were comfortable and we all had our own bedrooms and the 21/2 baths were fine to share. We used one of the kayaks and loved being near Speedboat Beach. Owner was very helpful if we had questions and we would certainly go back to this beautiful house in the future."

"I consider this more of a warning/PSA than a review. Tahoe is expensive and we stayed at this place to save a few bucks. It's quirky and the photos seemed fine. We met the host, he was cordial and claimed the place was cleaned, so thought nothing of it until we spent a couple hours there. He went out to get toilet paper because of course there wasn't any. "We loved this cabin so much! It is super cozy and we loved staying here and would stay again! We did experience a few hiccups, but nothing major: 1. We communicated several times with the manager that we never received parking passes. We were told each day that they 'were on the way', but we never received them. 2.
