Fantastic place to stay! From the moment we arrived we felt very well cared for. The room(s) were spotless and in beautiful shape. The soaking tub in the room was a real treat that we took advantage of. And the meals were phenomenal!
The property, meals & staff/services are above expectations! It was golden week and was glad to have stayed here. Minami Aso is beautiful with gorgeous mountains & surroundings.
Super nice environment! Spacious room can accommodate 4-5 persons with private bath. We only had 3 persons.
Large king size bed with firm enough mattress!
Staff are very professional and helpful. Great food.

Thsi is the second time we've stayed at Bettei Soan, it's an amazing place to stay. The service is impeccable, the villas are beautiful and have every amenity you could possibly need. The private onsen is wonderful, and the japanese breakfast is delightful. I cannot fault it
