"We had a lovely time at the Hermitage when our stay in La Napoule turned out to have no air conditioning during an extreme heat wave. We spent the last 3 nights in town at the Heritage, which is clean, peaceful, and well equipped with a nice pool, gym, restaurant and bar/lounge. There were several families staying and they all seemed very happy. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the one dinner we had at the restaurant. "It’s quite a lovely hotel, rates are reasonable for Saint Tropez. Hotel service is unparalleled. The only downside is that it is not in the city centre nor do you have sea views. The hotel makes up for not being located in the city centre by offering free transport service between the hotel and city centre. "

"We stayed at the property last year and loved it, but this year when we came back everything weren’t like last year. They’re no longer have beach towels,staff weren’t as nice , do not book the white room , it’s like staying in a motell, toilet was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a hospital r room, we had to upgrade to a villa which make our vacation so much better. "The property is very clean, nice location close to the st Maxime town. However, our room felt very tight and small, we hardly had any space to move around which is fine cause we were barely there. If you’re staying for more than a couple days I’d recommend upgrading to a larger room. Also, we thought parking was included but it was an additional $30 per day"
