Very Good

Nice hotel with warm Jacuzzi in the bath area. Good dinner (although the premium option for dinner was already sold out) and breakfast buffet.
However I booked half board but but got only breakfast (had to pay separate fee for the dinner). There seems to be a problem between the hotels.com and the hotel as the hotel did not receive the information that I had booked half board.
This resort has a western/American feel to it and is a real comfortable stay. It offers everything from great breakfast buffet to Jacuzzi/hot spring bath to a lounge with free whisky and manga books!
It is also conveniently located in the central area of Yunogo Onsen and has free parking. Although I didn't get a chance to eat there, the restaurant with high-ceilings seemed like a great choice for dinner ; )
