The property overlooks the beach with a nice back deck, and inside the cozy living space and kitchen kept us comfortable during our stay. I would recommend Kathy and her cottage to anyone looking to visit. We were so glad to spend a beautiful fall week on the island while enjoying the view and nice walk down to the beach. "

"The Jellybean Cottage is uniquely appointed in a true beach house style, with all the modern benefits including laundry and air conditioning. Plenty of space between indoor, outdoor and indoor/outdoor (huge screened in porch). I can't recommend this location highly enough for those who want to be close to the beach!"

"Overall excellent stay and lots of space for our family with 5 adults and a child. The location is very convenient and close to Cavendish and North Rustico. The cottage was very clean, nice big kitchen, and good wheelchair accessibility with a ramp, wide doorways, and hardwood floors. Cottage was well stocked with linens, beach towels, kids toys and board games, washer and dryer, and most kitchen things. Don’t forget to bring your own coffee! The mattresses could use an update.
