"The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. The park itself is nice and the properties there independently owned and operated - some looked lovely, we just got a poor...

"We spent 4 days/night at this lovely lodge and really enjoyed our stay. The lodge is so cozy, nicely furnished and the kitchen is very well equipped. "We had a great stay in this lovely lodge in a very peaceful location. Slight hiccup on arrival but this was quickly sorted and didn't spoil our stay at all. The lodge was ideally placed for many local beaches, walks and attractions. Stu was the perfect host and the kids are already asking when we can return! Simply the best holiday 😊"

"The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service."
