"The manager was very nice and immediately responded to our questions and calls. When we arrived, the temperature in the room was 56 degrees. The last night we were there, the room contained a lot of cigarette smoke, that seemed to come from the heat duct. we left the door open and turned off the heat to help clear the air. "The property was convenient to the convention center which was good for me because I did not need to exit the property. There was a vagrant in the walkway from the hotel to the convention center sleeping in a chair which was alarming to me. Security moved the vagrant along but the vagrant only used the walkway from the hotel to the shopping center to exit the area. Once again though, security moved the vagrant. Everything else about the stay was very good."
