My toilet didn't work properly (I had to manually turn off the water line off) and the fire alarm battery started beeping in the morning (luckily after I had woke up). The maintenance person came and worked on it but I got the impression the owners/managers are not proactive when it comes to attention to detail for the rooms. I thought the breakfast was great, and they had it set up and ready to go before the official breakfast hours. The staff...

"This has been one of our best stays ever! The Inn was beautifully decorated, welcoming and comfortable The rooms were fantastic. We stayed in the Virginia Suite with a large bedroom. living room and bathroom. The shared areas offered everything we needed. The owner was friendly and shared lots of history and places to visit!"

"The cottage was super cute and comfortable! The view and peaceful tranquility were much needed. Earnie and Kathy were amazing hosts and very accommodating! Their pups were so sweet and got along splendidly with ours (which was one of the main reasons for picking their cottage - pet policy). We would absolutely stay again!!"
