"La chambre est globalement bien. Les lits et oreillers sont confortables. Le bain-douche est pratique avec les enfants. Il y a un micro-onde. Le point négatif de la chambre est le fait que les rideaux ne coupaient pas bien la lumière extérieure de l’hôtel ce qui fait en sorte qu’il faisait clair tôt le matin. La piscine, la glissade et le bain à remous ont été très apprécié par les enfants. Les jeux d’eau ne fonctionnaient pas. Le petit déjeuner consistaient en des œufs à la coque, du pain/bagels, de la salade de fruits, des céréales, muffins et yogourt. C’était simple, mais satisfaisant. Globalement nous avons bien aimé notre séjour et nous y retournerions pour un autre séjour en famille."

"Fantastic and friendly service! Very comfortable and soacious room with large bathroom (and comfortable bed). Lovely hot pools and great game room for kids. The breakfast buffet is fabulous - an incredible variety of options and everything was good (best breakfast I have had in a hotel in the last 10 years)."

"Hôtel familliale avec déjeuner continental froid inclus. La glissade de la piscine est amusante pour les enfants mais pas faite pour les adultes ( avec risque de blessure). Il faudrait enlever l'eau du plancher de la piscine plus souvent, pendant notre séjour quelqu'un s'est blessé en tombant à cause de l'eau accumuler sur le sol. Il faut absolument la supervision accru des parents lors des baignades. L'eau de la piscine un peu froide et flou. Le service était parfait, les employé souriants , gentils et serviables. Mes enfants ont adorés leur expérience et en plus juste à côté de pleins de commodités. On recommande aux familles."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the chalet at Mille-Isles in February. We were snowed in by a blizzard one of the days and we were so grateful for all of the amenities there to keep us occupied including the pool table, dart board, hot tub and the huge projection screen tv in the lower level. The Wi-Fi worked well and we appreciated that the televisions all had satellite tv channels. We love to cook so we appreciated the well-appointed kitchen that included every type of kitchen tool that you would ever need along with the wonderful gas stove.The chalet is a short drive to the grocery store in Morin Heights and about half an hour from St-Sauveur where I recommend the spa at the Manoir St-Sauveur ( I had a great massage there).Aurore was wonderful to work with and she responded promptly to any questions we had. We plan on returning this summer to enjoy the lake and hiking nearby."
