"Stayed for one night to be able to quickly get the BGSU preview day. Location was perfect, neighborhood was very quiet. Home was very clean inside and out. The home is very small/cozy with updates in the kitchen and bathroom. We did have trouble getting the bedrooms to not to get to hot, halfway through the night we figure out how to keep the temp down. based on furnace set-up and uneven floors it was apparent the home had been added onto over the years. "

"Had a bachelorette weekend for one of my friends and this was an amazing place to have it. The house was beautiful and even though it rained and was cloudy for the majority of our trip, we still enjoyed the outside space when we could. There was enough space for 7 of us and didn’t feel too crowded either. Definitely hope to spend more staycation weekends here in the future!"

"Great stay, clean and comfortable! Within easy walking distance to the bars, but in a quiet neighborhood. Owner/property manager was very responsive when I needed help. Keep in mind if you're tall, it is a "tiny house": the kitchen ceiling is probably 6'4" or so."

"The property was great. It turned out that we were only one street away from our son's house so it was so convenient and easy to get to his house. The boy's had fun playing pool in the basement one evening."

"The home itself was a great property, more than enough room for our party of 7, kitchen was very well stocked & furnishings were in good to very good condition…..front deck was a fantastic place to sit & chill…,,host was very responsive to questions/needs….housekeeping could bump up their game a bit"

"Arrived later than expected and had some difficulty with the keyless entry. Ruby responded and resolved the issue. It took a few text, but all good. Cute apartment, instructions on parking were perfect. I communicated with Ruby often regarding issues and she responded. We didn’t spend a lot of time there as we came to Ohio for a family event. Recommended she get ice cube trays, better towels and maybe some extras. Bed was comfortable, couch not so much. The unit has great potential! Good...

"Overall it was a wonderful experience! Very clean & cute & homey. A few things would help a traveling family … cream, sugar for coffee … we could find no hair dryer … perhaps a few games for kids …a little more TP … otherwise … we loved the location & easy access in & out. Thank you ."
