"Lieu en campagne, très calme et la cour centrale est accueillante. Pour la chambre que nous occupions, l'entrée privée est interessante. Toutefois, il y a un manque d'isolation phonique avec la pièce commune. La SBD n'a pas de porte ou de rideau pour s'isoler et la porte coulissante des toilettes manque d'intimité. Le repas préparé par le propriétaire était très bon et le petit déjeuner continental correct."

"Lovely old house, very comfy with nice sized rooms, the home cooked food I had on my first night was excellent. Nice hosts who attend to what's needed but also leave you be so you feel you have privacy and solitude. Nice location for getting into Le Dorat. "

"Excellent séjour dans un hôtel familial plein de charme. L'accueil était si chaleureux que nous avons pu profiter d'un apéro avec les propriétaires et les autres clients ! Les chambres ont été récemment rénovées avec soin. Il s'agit d'une ferme qui est toujours active, donc nous avons pu voir des poules, des paons, même des kangourous se promener dans le domaine, et le miel des abeilles de la ferme était servi avec le petit déjeuner. Merci à toute l'équipe et à très vite !"

"Everything you need for a wind-down in the country. All you could need is provided in the clean and comfortable gite. Not quite silence - there are sheep a couple of fields away and the hum of insects gorging on the flowers. Walks through the fields and woods in the area from the front door. Genial hosts with good local knowledge, friendly and discrete. "

"We have just returned from a 2nt stay in this beautifully restored property in a quiet village location. Super welcome from the host on arrival and lovely welcome pack-a nice touch and welcome surprise! Excellent communication with Lesley before and throughout our stay. Very secure property for our 3yr old dog with large secure garden to side of property for off-street parking and occupant use only. "Everything and everyone were great at the Hôtel Emeraude. We were welcomed warmly, told where the room was which was bright and spacious and had air-con which was a bonus as it was a hot day. We were advised on where to park, breakfast and dining options. The area around the hotel is gorgeous and there is a lovely view on the lake from the terrace where we had dinner. I wouldhappily stay there again."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The owner was so welcoming, our room was large and comfortable, the breakfast was served in a nice room and the restaurant experience was superb - we had a delicious dinner outside on the terrace. My son enjoyed dipping into the pool and our dog was happy all around! Great please highly recommend! "

A little piece of Paradise.

"We have just spent a wonderful fourteen days staying in this impressive place. It was clean, very well equipped and fit for purpose. The courtyard with covered dining area and “plancha grill” for outdoor cooking were a great bonus. An impressive garden and plunge pool was also most appreciated. The host, Jo, was available personally or by phone to answer any questions. Her advice and guidance on local events and places to visit was invaluable. We look forward to returning soon. Ian."

Little gem

"We’ve just had the most relaxing overnight stay at 13Bees, what a real shame we couldn’t have stayed longer. The setting is magical, just overlooking the river, beautiful house with gorgeous terrace, lovely bedrooms, yummy breakfast. Easy walking distance from eatery’s & shops. We couldn’t have been made more welcome by Amanda & Kev they’re super hosts.Be sure to buy some of their honey, they’re the experts on it! Hidden Gem don’t miss it! Chris & Neill Berry Uk"
