"Apart from the bed collapsing on quite a few occasions, some of the parts of the house been mended by bodgit and scarper and the pool having seen better days. I quite enjoyed our holiday. It’s a lovely peaceful setting in which to enjoy the surrounding area. You just get the feeling that the house could be spectacular but they’ve gone for the cheaper option in order to maximise profits. "We had such a relaxing time with our daughter on the farm. Esther and Fritz were so lovely and accommodating! It was boiling hot when we were there and Esther still took our daughter on a promised sunset horse ride. The house accommodations were exactly as you would expect on a farm, but all straight forward to use. It is very close to bigger towns like Confolens and Lesterps so it’s easy to pop out for dinner or cook in. Our daughter fell in love with all the animals and we really hope to book...

"Everything you need for a wind-down in the country. All you could need is provided in the clean and comfortable gite. Not quite silence - there are sheep a couple of fields away and the hum of insects gorging on the flowers. Walks through the fields and woods in the area from the front door. Super welcome from the host on arrival and lovely welcome pack-a nice touch and welcome surprise! Excellent communication with Lesley before and throughout our stay. "Loved it here! We want to come back! We stayed in a tree house and it was the perfect size for our family of 5 and our cats. We loved the pool, activities, and playground. We want to come back during the summer to do the zip lining and other activities in the warmer weather. I wish there was more food options. It was also nice to have the wifi in the lounge area by the pool. We loved walking around and seeing the different accommodations."
