"We were greeted by Phil - who was very kind and helpful. Phil was there when we checked out the next morning and was again very kind and helpful. The one negative was that our room had a fireplace, but we were unable to get it to function. Phil tried to get it fixed for us, but he had tried, and apologized for this issue."
