"Quiet, most of the traffic passing by were people walking their dogs. Comfortable, any problems with the sleeping accommodations were due to individual aging conditions.The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our meals in an alcove just off the kitchen, so easy to prepare and serve meals. "There is a reason this place has received nothing but perfect ratings! My partner and I stayed for two nights in February (14, 15th), over a long weekend. The place is spectacular for a quiet getaway. It's hard to beat watching marine wildlife from a hot tub--we saw seals, sea lions, harbor porpoises, and possibly even a sea otter (it was too dark to tell at that time). If you're there shortly after Feb. 15, we also left some coffee grounds (there were none when we arrived, so might be good to...

"The cottage was very much like subscribed in the listing. Perfect for one person who don’t need to cook a lot. Would have been a bit cramped to stay with another person for the amount of time I was there (over 10 nights).I would definitely consider staying here again another time!"

I think it's fair to say that anyone anytime will enjoy staying here. In the winter, you can hunker down there and enjoy peace and quiet by the ocean. Bus heats up very quickly. Shower works great. The design can accommodate 3 adults and a toddler. We'd love to stay here in the summer next time and for longer. "

The lack of cell service and a strong internet connection was a problem for us. I appreciated the bbq, fire pit and comfort of the beds. I did really miss having a tub though. "Spent our first night and husband and wife. Was nice to get away from the city without having to drive too much. No frills basic stay. No light pollution on the night of Perseids meteor shower made for some romantic star gazing. Mongolian yurts were interesting to see! Thanks for a nice stay!"

"The kitchen was basic, but had most everything you would need to do basic cooking. In-suite laundry was very convenient, although our dryer did not work well. Major grocery stores were nearby, but could most easily be accessed by car. The suite was spacious, up-to-date, and with good light and opening windows for fresh air. "
