Top Floor Okoboji Lakefront 4 Bdrm Bridges Bay Condo & Waterpark Passes

Fully furnished brand new 1650 sq. ft. top floor condo unit, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms at Bridges Bay Resort. This is one of just a few four bedroom units at the resort and sleeps 11 comfortably. Being on the top floor, it has vaulted ceilings and great views of East Okoboji. In contrast to the cabins that are behind the resort, the condos are lakefront and very close to all the resort amenities. Everything is new with contemporary design and furnishings throughout. The rental includes 6 daily waterpark passes at Bridges Bay indoor/outdoor waterpark (when open) with additional passes available for purchase at a discounted rate. The Master bedroom and living room open up to a 250 sq. ft. balcony which overlooks the lake. The unit is in the new building that is right next to (closest building to) the multiple on-site restaurants, the indoor/outdoor waterpark, and a large dock system for swimming, fishing, and boating. The condo is equipped with everything needed for your stay. Wifi, smart TV, and Netflix in condo. The property has a RING Doorbell and Camera that allows for contactless check-in and check-out, an easy way to remotely connect with property manager if questions arise; it is on the entry door to the unit and faces the hall outside the unit. The patio has several lounge chairs, a fire pit, and a grill with great views of East Lake Okoboji. The resort also has a stocked fishing pond, zipline, fitness center, newly renovated arcade, Rainbow playground system, and basketball court. It is close to the great biking and running trails throughout Okoboji. This new building also has ample parking. The condo has a work station with excellent Wifi throughout making it the perfect place to work from home, if needed. Also, a great place for a Fall or Winter weekend getaway with friends.

The reduced price for off-season rentals (September-May) reflects the reduced amenities/hours during off-season months.

This was our second stay at this property this summer and it again did not disappoint. Beautiful property! Very clean, great location, easy access to boat ramp and great restaurants. Owner is very accessible and also left us a very nice welcome basket of snacks. Highly recommend this property!

The process to check in was seamless. When we arrived the condo was ready for my family to enjoy the weekend. The condo was clean the deck had a beautiful view of the lake with a firepit that was easy to start and took the chill off the night. We had a wonderful time enjoying the Bridges Bay water parks and restaurants while staying the this beautiful condo. Great central location, plenty of parking and friendly staff throughout. Cassity and Abel were very responsive, helpful in making reservations for a boat rental and even left snacks out for us to enjoy. Overall excellent property and owners—thank you!

Great Fall Getaway!
Stay was fantastic! Great space, kitchen, and deck with outdoor firepit was great. Beds were extremely comfortable and unit was fully stocked with the necessities. We've had many VRBO stays over the years, and my wife and I agreed that this one was one of our favorites! The owners also implemented an app that was FULL of helpful information with recommendations, check in/check out procedures, and tips/tricks on the unit. Would absolutely go back again!

Great accommodating service property!
Our stay here was really great. The property was close to the elevator so it was really great to load and unload items. Before we even checked in, the property owner/host was very helpful in being able to let us check in early and answer any questions that we had prior to the stay. During the stay, Cassity was very helpful with any questions that we had and checkout was very seamless. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a condo stay that has access to the water park, very close access to the main Okoboji area as well.

Excellent Winter Break Getaway
We stayed over winter break, while looking for an opportunity to get away from the cities, hunker down for some good meals, boardgames, and let the kids burn off post holiday energy at the water park. Check in process was very easy and the condo provided a good space for everyone to reconnect over the winter break. The kitchen proved to be one of the better equipped set ups we’ve had when it comes to utensils, pots/pans, and all the other things one needs, but usually fall short on, when staying at a VRBO. There are lots of nice family and friendly touches to make the visit accessible for a wide range of ages. We greatly appreciated the ease of communication/responsiveness and would certainly look to return again.

We had the most amazing time in Cassity’s Condo. From the cleanliness to the beautiful deck to the private pool to the thoughtful snacks that were left for us. We really appreciated the pool toys and extra towels that were left also! Cassity was quick to respond to the few questions I had. Condo had everything we needed and then some! Northwest Am week
The condo was perfect for our family of 6 plus 3 toddlers. Kitchen is very well stocked with things we needed. Bonus that there were kids plates and silverware. The fans in the bedroom were nice to have also. Booked again for next year. The only reason I have a 4 for for cleanliness is the main are floor wasn’t very clean. No other issues with cleanliness though.
