"Early April is just at the cusp of spring in this area. There were lots of people heading to the state park on Saturday, despite the damp weather. We were visiting Penn State, which had lots of different events scheduled and enjoyed being close to campus ( 15 mins) but also miles away from the crowds with our two children and one dog. "We stayed a night after a show at Bryce Jordan. We were able to check in via phone beforehand since we didn’t have time to stop before the show. So happy firewood was for sale after hours because we had the perfect little campfire at our site before going to bed. AC was running prior to our arrival. Thank you!"

"This was our first experience in a tiny home. Everything was new, clean and tastefully done. It had everything that we needed and the bed was super comfortable. If it dark when you arrive, please stop into the front office for a nap and directions. "

"The property was in a great location. Not too far from State College. The place had bugs in the window upstairs in the bedroom with the crib and friends told me there were bugs in their rooms. Aside from the bugs we enjoyed the place and would recommend staying here to others "

"Everything was great and as advertised. Good communication with hosts. A 4 for location only because it is a bit remote - but this can also be an attraction for some (it was for us). There is a hot tub, but did not experience it due to it being a rainy April day / night. Would recommend and would stay again!"
