The property is nice. I have stayed here now twice and I actually like the rooms without the mini kitchen. I had some fruit flies in my room and drug store beetles that came from food. I am sure it's hard as people use food and store food in the larger rooms with the kitchen while they stay longer. The staff are approachable, and the rooms are nice. I suggest moving to all leather furniture as stains on furniture are not appealing to sit on. The breakfast area is clean, and the property is easy to find. There are many options in the area for food with being a small town. The rooms overall are clean!

This is the third time I've stayed here in 5 years. I like the modern facilities, pool, hot tub, breakfast and staff. What I dont like is the price. Way too expensive for Milbank, South Dakota.

I was SO disappointed! First, I had to deal with "if you had booked with us direct, you would have got the room you wanted"( highest floor, furthest from the elevator) We checked in at 4:28pm and I would swear it was a GREAT SACRIFICE to accommodate our request. [I booked thru a 3rd party because it's the same price and I get better rewards than booking direct] The room was good, but very perfumy. I had to leave the window open and the heater on to breathe. The hot tub was a big draw and a MAJOR disappointment. It was too hot, 2 minutes max, and the pool was too cold. I ended up taking a long hot shower instead. Save yourself some money and go elsewhere. The amenities aren't that great! I booked the hotel to attend a funeral. Otherwise, I would avoid it like the plague.
