If you know what time you are arriving, phone ahead as there is no reception / self check in at the BnB, someone comes to meet you to give you the keys. Nothing stated Ammobilia suites on the front of building and access needed a key. After a few calls from our cell phone, we asked a tenant in building for assistance.
