"Enjoyed my stay! Booked 6pax dorm, locker big enough for a large-ish backpack but not carryon suitcase. Left my suitcase next to the bed, no issues. Comfy bed/pillow, towel provided. Excellent internet. Excellent location. Recommend bike/scooter rental for transportation, wish i figured that out sooner. Would book again!!"

"My favorite hostel I stayed at while in Italy! The facility was new and you could tell, it was high quality. The staff was very friendly. Everyone spoke English well and was very helpful. The bed was comfy and facilities were excellent. Only complaint was the street the hotel was on was dangerous, you can’t walk with headphones in or there’s a high chance you’ll get hit by a car… just be careful! "

"Madama was my first hostel experience and it was great! Beds were comfortable and the location was great, about a 5 minute walk to the metro which can get you anywhere in Milan quickly. Area is safe and always people around, but quiet. Madama’s bistrot is very lively, so if you prefer a more quiet hostel this is not for you. "Location! The location is easily walkable to the Galeria and the Duomo. The hotel room was nice and loved the complimentary wine and snacks. Loved that you could access your netflix account. Customer service was great at the front desk. The worst part of the room was the view from our window. Absolutely horrible. We actually decided to stay in Milan for two more nights but not willing to pay that much for that view. Changed hotels. "
