"This is a great slope-side location. The hotel gives a 90's retro vibe. It's comfortable and as a single travel I felt very secure and taken care of. The room was large. The hallway was quiet and the mattresses and pillows soft (which isn't always the case in Japan.) It's a little isolated from the outside town, so when the restaurants on the top floor close later in the season, I felt the lack of dining options. The bakery is fantastic and so is the Ningle Terrace. "

The rooms are very nicely equipped, and while slightly small by US standards, they are very thoughtfully laid out. if I could find a room of similar size and layout in the states I'd book it in a heartbeat. The location is fine - about a 20 minute ride and $40 cab fare from New Chitose Airport, which is why I chose it - but there's not much accessible on foot, at least in the winter (there's farmers market right behind the hotel but I assume it's only open in the warmer seasons). "Spacious and very close to slopes. Tucked away at edge of Kitanomine side which made it quiet and easy to park. Kitchen had everything we needed, and there was washer/dryer. English directions for how to use everything. Would definitely stay again!"
