"This would have been great for singles and younger couples. The neighborhood is a college town. Not much available street parking and not many good restaurants to walk to. However, the facilities were very clean and the owner was a great person to work with."

Great modern kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. Pool has sun loungers and was never very busy. Comfortable living area although we didn’t use it and sat outside at night. "The building is very well located beach front and close to bar and restaurant. The apartment is nice, simple decorated, but lack of kitchen utensils. They have the very minimum basic, so if you want to cook, is not going to be easy, whiteout Carving knife, spatulas, etc. at the time I was staying at this apartment the dishwasher did not work."
