You have to walk out onto the street and re-enter the premises (adjacent bldg) to access the restaurant and onsen if you reserve a room on the Annex Grande side of the hotel. Besides that minor detail, it was a great stay and would reserve again! "

We especially loved the Comfort Cafe Lounge in the lobby, where you can enjoy snacks and drinks. Close proximity to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again in the future!"
