On our second night I needed help because I had not bought milk for my 3-year-old daughter and they asked me to go to the restaurant without hesitation and I was immediately helped. In our room we found some treats for the children and for me, we were really happy. For our first time in Eindhoven, you guys really made our trip worthwhile. Spectacular breakfast, has everything. I really felt that what I paid for this stay was worth it. The GM of this hotel has really done an excellent job (WOW) We will definitely be back. Thank you "

"Great location in walking distance of many city attractions. Very helpful staff. The room was big and comfortable. Only downside was the shower, which is in the room. It had semi see through glass. If you're traveling with friends and you're not comfortable being exposed, it can be tricky. We managed by taking turns in the shower while the other person went to the lobby/hangout area. Otherwise the place was great. Clean, comfortable, and it has luggage storage before and after check in/ out. "
