"El anfitrión ha sido muy agradable con nosotros y comunicativo en todo momento,el apartamento está a 10 minutos andando del centro de Santander donde están todas las tiendas,el apartamento es nuevo y nos ha dado muchas facilidades para estar allí preocupándose porque estuviéramos agusti ,incluso nos ha dejado la cuna de viaje para mi bebé,no le falta de nada y lo recomendaría para futuras visitas en la ciudad,gracias Ivan has sido muy amable"

"La casa está ubicada cerca de la zona de la ría de Ajo. Estás a 20’ andando del pueblo o 3 en el coche. Es una zona tranquila. Nosotros íbamos con perro y tener la ría tan cerca era un plus. La casa está bien, es cómoda y está bien ubicada. Lo único malo es que tiene una casa al lado y otra arriba y se escucha todo. Y por otros lado, en la casa no encontraréis gel, jabón platos… bayetas, trapos de cocina… Para mi, esto es un contra ya que para una semana tienes que adquirir todo"

"A un dia de irnos de vacaciones, VRBO nos confirmo que este propietario no estaba activo. Aunque nos ofrecieron un bono extra para buscar otro alojamiento, evidentemente por las fechas que eran no encontramos nada dentro de presupuesto. Gracias a VRBO nos quedamos sin vacaciones, por no cuidar de que sus anuncios estén activos y durante todo el proceso de gestión (que duró 2 días) en todo momento nos dijeron que se iba a solucionar, incluso que habían contactado con el propietario (siendo que no...

"Logement bien situé, proche des belles plages de la côte qui est magnifique. Santander très proche également... logement confortable et calme. Laura nous a super bien accueillis"

"Alejandro, was brilliant, very attentive, 'Topman!!' Unfortunately we were here during lock down, so couldn't experience restaurants etc. We were also very limited, as all beach kiosks restaurants etc closed. Apartment bijou, but everything there except a freezer and only Spanish TV, so take your iPads!!! Good Wifi!!"

"Very nice apartment - clean and well equipped! It was quiet during our stay since it was December, but very good location and walk to the beach. Jaime was a great host - made sure we were settled and that everything was working properly. We would definitely stay again!"

"Stayed one week in this beautiful large apartment just a short walk from central Santander. Apartment was perfect for what we wanted. We used the bus network to get around with estop just outside taking you to El Sardinero. Would recommend apartment as it's close to centre of Santander but not so that it is too noisy. . "We enjoyed our week here. The house was fine for 2 adults and 2 teenagers in the sunshine although it might be a bit small if there was as a lot of rain and you needed to be inside - for example only 1 small sofa to sit on and 4 chairs round the table. The swimming pool and padel tennis court were amazing - we loved using them and mostly had them to ourselves all week! The local beaches are beautiful. A kettle would have been a good addition to the kitchen!"

"Difficult to locate, parking is a long walk away up and down cobble-stone streets, check-in is complicated, the apartment name is not as advertised, the nearby church bells sound on the hour. Given the cost and problems it is not good value for money - better to stay at the nearby Parador. Can fully recommend Santillana."

"We really enjoyed our stay in Liencres. The apartment had everything we needed for 2 adults and a 3yr old (including Wi-Fi, which is often missing from apartments we've stayed in in the past). The area around Liencres has lots to offer, including lots of great beaches. Laura was a great host and very helpful. We'd definitely recommend staying here!"
