"The hotel is excellent, hotels.com actually messed up on the day of the reservation and was a hassle to get corrected, I even had to move my work schedule around to accommodate the proper scheduling of Hotels.com with the room we wanted. The Hotel staff let us know that the room we wanted was not available on the day that Hotels.com booked but was available the following day and just moved us to the next day to accommodate us. The staff was so helpful and friendly about the mixup. I highly recommend using Praks Inn website over Hotels.com to get your reservation that you want."

"All was nice. Appreciated the handicap room, but found the lack of a bathtub very unsafe. All the water runs out to a drain in the middle of the room plus also runs out into the hallway. Makes it very slippery and unsafe. Then you have to mop up all the water with towels. Better off to have a small 2 " lip instead. Have never seen this before. "

"Crystal Inn is a good place to stay for a few nights. Some front desk staff were attentive and helpful and some were not. Room service will not be automatic, you need to schedule when you want your room to be clean. I think this is how Utah hotels operate but not sure. "
