"It's a nice property. There are some minor issues with the house that need to be taken care of. Shower in basement is not sealed properly and there is what looks like mold starting to develop. "

"The location was great being surrounded by ranches with farm animals including a rescue farm where you could pet and feed the animals. Large porch area where we sat outside most evenings. Great family location."
