"Annual gathering of four high school friends! Enjoyed catching up with each other, working on crafts and quaint town of Castroville TX. Very comfortable stay, not sure would recommend for senior adults given the spiral staircase. A little disappointed with the condition of chairs in living room but not a game changer. Beds and bedding very comfortable. End result was a good experience."

"The guest house was really a hidden gem! Tucked out of the way for privacy it really gave a taste of the Texas Hill Country vibe. Even tho it is down a country road we were just a short drive away from all that Boerne has to offer. Kitchen is great and bathroom & bedroom have all you need. Can definitely recommend this place. "Roulette Ranch is much more scenic than the pictures indicate. The kitchen is very well set up. They have a crock pot and air fryer as well as all the pots and pans required as well as enough bakeware. I had no problem cooking for my family and my son who has GERD and food allergies. The beds and linens are all quite comfortable. The host had plenty of local brochures that really helped us plan where to eat out and what to do. "This stay was amazing. So quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting outside in the cool hill country weather. Loved that there are cows with new calves running around. Also enjoyed the morning wake up by the rooster on property. This property was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this little piece of heaven to anyone."

"This place is very cute and fun, it was a little cold during our stay so not a lot of outside time. But we did visit the animals, each morning they were a lot of fun. The dogs so sweet. We enjoyed the house very cute and cozy, had everything we needed."

"Pros: very nice inside, plenty’s of dishes and pots/pans. Cons: never received instructions on check in, reading septic system, dog food kept under kitchen cabinet (we had no pets), dog/ cat hair on couch and bunk bed, difficult to put out Murphy bed and need more kitchen towels (only had 2) and toilet I. Master bath clogged and no plunger,"

"Wonderful large open home in the country with a beautiful view. Perfect for a large family. Very large fenced yard front and back. Don’t have to worry about the little ones roaming off! An unexpected bonus was arrowhead hunting. There is flint everywhere. Definitely would book again!"
