"I had a great stay at this hostel. The entrance to the hostel seemed a bit dodge to start with but once inside it really is a beautiful hostel. The living area was great, the kitchen has everything you needed. Tea and coffee were complimentary all day and the breakfast in the morning was also included, the selection was small but enough, a few cereals, breads, cheeses, meats, fruits, spreads, biscuits etc. the rooms were clean as were the bathrooms. "The cleanliness in the room was shocking. Primarily the bed linen, they use grey fluffy blankets as a mattress protector. There was black fluff, bits of crisps, stained linen, brown marks on the blankets. It smelt like damp in the whole room. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from next door and hallways. Never again ! "

"The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, our room was in the third floor and we had a heavy luggage. I called customer service and finally they agreed to change the room to the first floor. It was nice as there is no one at the hotel to help carry the luggage upstairs. The room was clean with private bathroom. Each floor has shared kitchen with coffee and tea, so it was nice to have a coffee in the morning. I would stay there again for the price I paid, but only floor 0-1. "

"Great location just off the square and supermarket round the corner.Hotel organised transport from the airport for our group which was great. Our room, superior double doesnt have a shower but a hand held attachment over a jacuzzi bath. They could do with removing the bath and putting a proper shower in, as there is room. "Overall it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement. Pros: -Clean and well-maintained rooms. -Accessible for people with special needs. -Convenient location, just 15 minutes on foot from the Old Town Square, perfect for exploring Krakow. Excellent location for touring Old Town of Krakow

"Adult only hotel, great location, right in the Old Town Square. Breakfast, great choice and hot food to order. Rooms of good size, Prosecco and fruit in our room on arrival and a bottle of white wine left for us on the eve of our departure. Great service and very polite staff."

Perfectly situation

"Hotel is perfectly situated for trips for walks into Kazimierz, river, castle, Banksy museum and Old Town. Railway station is 5 mins walk with easy access to Salt Mines and Auschwitz, so no need to book tours through hotel, and you’ll save money. Bikes are also available through hotel. Hotel has two great restaurants and breakfast is exceptional! In foyer is free tea and coffee throughout the day. There’s a steam room, sauna, massage and gym downstairs. Rooms are very comfortable and everything is operated through an iPad. Only downside was a lack of wardrobe, but hanging is space is available, but it’s not ideal!"
