No 10 was situated on the 1st floor with all mod con's included and a lovely sea view aspect and balconies to sit out and enjoy a coffee and the ambiance. We totally. The enjoyed our stay including the nice touch of powerful binoculars and will be pleased to stay again when next down in St Austell."

"You receive excellent communications from the host on location and how to gain access to the keys. I was in Flat 4 which had a well stocked kitchen with pans, cutlery and utensils. The lounge area had 2 large sofas and a large tv with access to netflix. I had the choice of either bedroom but the master was superb with a 10/10 mattress and pillows to suit. After an active day, the hot tub was a real winner for everyone. We were under the impression that there was only one hut but we spotted 4 altogether. "A familiar spot for fans of Trebarwith Strand. The flat is very tired looking, the furniture is ramshackle and ill fitting. Every surface is full of dirty dusty boat themed tourist nick nacks, plastic flowers and for some reason, lamps.
