"My family stayed here for 2 nights. The property and room were clean and modern. Even though I was not able to partake of the dinner, it was a nice surprise that it was offered for free during our stay. We did eat the breakfast, it was basic but good. It was also nice that they offered free fountain drinks, although it shut down at 9 pm. That would be my only complaint is that things shut down early, the pool at 10, the drinks at 9, but I am a night owl so I might be the minority. My only other complaint is that the 2 people that worked the desk while I was there were not friendly. But the girls that worked the breakfast bar were so that made up for it. I would definitely stay here again though!"

"Hotel is adorable and very clean. Beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly - especially the bartender Cathy."

"I loved the view and how kind the staff were, my only complaints are that 3 of the 4 outlets by the bed were finicky at best and the sink water pressure was very on or off, but it was a comfortable and clean stay :) As someone with a lowered and bright pink art car, I was worried that something would happen to my car especially since I was too low to enter the garage, but all went perfectly well night after night. The breakfast was delicious and delivered as requested, and overall it was a wonderful time, this has been and still is my go-to hotel for my Cinci/NKY trips :)"

"The hotel is very clean but could use some updates. The staff was really accommodating and the grounds were nice. The hotel allows pets and at times you can hear them, but you were not able to smell them."

"Ideal location! View was amazing and if you’re a sports fan you’ll love the convenience of walking out of the lobby doors and crossing the street to the Cincinnati Reds Stadium. The rooftop bar was one of the best rooftop bars I have been on! Spectacular views of the Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati. Super cool experience to sit out on rooftop bar during a Cincinnati Reds Game!! I highly recommend the AC Hotel to anyone planning a visit to Cincinnati. "
