Resort fee and parking too expensive for an older hotel! We paid in advance for breakfast and thought were paying for buffet breakfast! We had to eat the exact same thing every single day (eggs, bacon, home fries and toast)! Very upsetting!

Unnecessarily delayed checking in because the desk wasn’t staffed well enough. The pool area & DJ/bar was nice. Although prices for a pina colada was outrageous. Restaurant had good service and good food.

STAFF WAS NOT RESPONSIVE TO HILTON HONORS MEMBERS AND OFFERED ZERO INCENTIVES WITH EXCEEDINGLY HIGH VALET PARKING FEES. ROOM WITH NO VIEW FOR TOP PRICE. WHEN INQUIRING ABOUT VALET STAFF STATED THEY HAVE NO CONTROL BECAUSE THEY ARE 3rd PARTY OWNERSHIP. THAT’S NOT FORTHRIGHT BECAUSE HILTON CREATES THE CONTRACT AND THEY ARE ABLE TO STIPULATE EXCEPTIONS AND CONDITIONS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IGNORED AT EMPTY CHECK IN DESK. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!!
