"The staff, amenities, and property were all great. All exactly what you’d expect for a semi high end hotel. The only negative to the stay was the bed. My wife and I stayed in a suite. The bed was very uncomfortable. Could feel the springs in the mattress. My main use for a hotel is somewhere to sleep and that was difficult due to the mattress. "

"Great location in Centro, walkable to markets & historic sites downtown. Great service. Clean, comfortable beds & room. A couple chairs & desk/tables. In-room safe. Our room was quiet. The shower was spacious & good pressure. (We did find a big dead cockroach in the shower, and staff quickly came to remove it). The pool & pool area looked nice although we didn't use. Overall really pleased."

"Loved the cleanliness of this hotel. The beds were also comfortable. A bit noisy being on a busy street. The gym saddened me. Two of the 3 machines were broken. They could definitely use an upgrade when what they offer equipment wise. Aside from this, the steam room and pool were wonderful and clean. Conveniently located right near an ooxo and a pharmacy if needed. Also. Lots of other things within walking distance as well. A big downfall for me was there was no fridge or mini microwave....
