"Check in was smooth, hotel is clean & the breakfast was delicious with many options. The staff at breakfast were very friendly. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub as we were not there too long. But if ever in the area I would for sure choose this hotel again. "

"I was initially going to cancel because there was a flood warning for the Ohio River that blew up in the days leading to my visit. I called Harrah's three times in the days leading up to the visit and they confirmed they were open and no concerns. Upon arrival, I was told they were closing the property at 5pm the next day so we needed to leave promptly with no extensions. The casino itself does not open until 8am on Sundays and is generally very small."
